Join US Together in celebrating the diverse art and culture found in our Cleveland community at Current Gallery (1300 W. 78th St., Ste 101, Cleveland, OH 44102) throughout the month of November!

We will be hosting the following events:

-Exhibition Opening Night: November 5th from 7pm-10pm – Making Home exhibition opening night featuring speeches from US Together Co-Founder, Cleveland Office Director, HIAS President, and community members. Guests may enjoy samosas from Habesha Ethiopian and Eritrean Restaurant; coffee from Phoenix Coffee Co., and tea from Storehouse Tea.

-Artist Panel and Erhu Musical Performance Show: November 12th from 7pm-10pm – Artist panel featuring Will Sanchez, Claudio Orso, Mariela Paz, and Augusto Bordelois as panelists. Guests can enjoy an Erhu musical performance by Janice Liu, as well as sweets from Tasty Space Cleveland, coffee from Phoenix Coffee Co., and tea from Storehouse Tea.

-New American Artisan Market November 19th from 5pm-9pm – New American Artisan Market featuring products from refugee artisans for purchase, with Khajoor (Afghan donuts) from Hujra Afghan Restaurant, coffee from Phoenix Coffee Co., and tea.

This amazing exhibition will feature art from the following 10 Artists:
· Claudio Orso - Immigrant from Italy
· Augusto Bordelois - Immigrant from Cuba
· Will Sanchez - Of Mexican descent
· Kubra Al-hilali - Refugee from Iraq
· Haneen Abbas - Refugee from Iraq
· Christian Amuli - Refugee from the Democratic Republic of the Congo
· Mariela Paz - Immigrant from Honduras
· Miss Vimbayi - Immigrant from Zimbabwe
· Abbas Al-hilali - Refugee from Iraq
· Larissa Teufel - Immigrant from Kazakhstan

The community can also enjoy art from 10 local refugee and immigrant youth who go to Cleveland’s International Newcomers Academy!

US Together is incredibly excited to host three fundraising events throughout the month of November to highlight Cleveland’s beautiful diversity found in art, food, and performance, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you all!

All funds raised will directly benefit US Together’s comprehensive integration programs. RSVP today as space is limited!

Please note, US Together’s highest priority is to keep everyone safe while we celebrate our amazing community! Because of this, we will be requiring proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test taken 72 to 48 hours prior to each event, and masks must be worn when guests are not eating or drinking.
